step 1
Preheat the grill to medium and arrange the prawn skewers (1 pack) on a foil-lined baking sheet. Grill the prawns for 4 minutes. Remove from the oven, brush over the dressing, then return to the grill for a further 4 minutes, until cooked through.
step 2
Bash the cucumber (1) with the back of a rolling pin then roughly chop. Place in a bowl with the spring onions (1 bunch) and sprinkle over some sea salt.
step 3
Combine the lime juice (1), tahini (4 tbsp), maple (1 tsp) and ponzu (1 tbsp) in a jar (or mixing bowl) with 2 tsp water and shake to combine until the sauce thickens slightly. Pour over the cucumber. Sprinkle over the sesame seeds (1 tsp).
step 4
Heat the bao buns (1 pack) in the microwave for 2 minutes, according to the pack instructions.
step 5
Serve the prawns and cucumber salad in the bao buns with an extra sprinkling of sesame seeds and some of the juices from the prawns.
