Preheat the oven to 220°C/ 200°C fan/gas mark 7.

Spread 3-4 tbsp of the beef Bolognese sauce over the base of a 30cm x 20cm baking dish. Cover with a layer of lasagne sheets (1 pack) trimming to fit if needed.

Spoon over a quarter of the remaining bolognese sauce (2 tubs) and a quarter of the four-cheese sauce (2 tubs) Cover with another layer of lasagne sheets.

Repeat the layering process three more times, finishing with the remaining four cheese sauce. You should have 5 layers of lasagne sheets in total.

Scatter over the mozzarella (100 g) and bake for 20 minutes, until golden, bubbling and piping hot throughout. Leave to stand for 5 minutes before serving with the salad (160 g).
