Method

Step 1
Put the oats (180 g) , almond milk (500 mL) , cinnamon (1 g) , maple syrup (30 mL) and grated apples (2) into a bowl and cover, Leave in the fridge overnight.
Step 2
The next day, slice the remaining apples (2) into thin half-moons. Divide the bircher into four serving bowls and top each with the
pomegranate seeds (1 handful) , sliced apple, chopped hazelnuts (8 g) and a few spoonfuls of yogurt (125 g) .
