Out of every skin product from any brand not just Clinique, the moisture surge is by far the best product I've ever used. I use it day and night after cleansing and toning, and if I have forgotten I immediately can tell. It refreshes my skin and literally does what it says, it hydrates my skin and makes it feel alive!

I honestly can't express enough what this has done for my skin. After changing my pill last year my acne became really bad and nothing I did changed it. I started using this last month and literally within a couple of weeks my skin has completely cleared. I honestly wish I could post photos because the effect has been incredible.

I've used a few hyaluronic acid serums, but this is the absolute BEST by far. It literally feels like a drink of water for my skin and works best following Caroline Hirons's advice for HA: spray toner (Moisture Surge spray for me, obvs) followed by this and then quickly followed with your moisturiser of choice to lock in the hydration. My skin has never been so healthy and hydrated!

Overall is good and gives a nice feeling and hydrated to my skin. I can't apply makeup when I wear this moisturiser as the foundation and powder start to break after 30 minutes and it looks like i'm pealing.

I'm so disappointed with this product. I'm a massive fan of the moisture surge range so I thought I'd try this. My skin feels like leather when it's on -as if I've forgotten to use moisturiser. It's definitely not working for me. So much so I'm actually thinking of putting it in the bin which is such an expensive waste.

I got this as a tester with my orders a few times. I am already a moiture surge fan and find it massively hydrating but when I use this one at night I find my skin is beautifully glowing the next morning. I will absolutely be buying a full size of this.

If it wasn't for the sample I received I probably wouldn't have considered this product as I've used the regular moisture surge for years. But the concentrate is so lightweight and soooo hydrating. My skin felt so soft and dewy all day when I used this. I definitely will be purchasing this product. It's great you offer a sample of the product to try as it's helps you experience the ones you've never considered before

I decided to buy this as I have used the moisture surge (for dry skin and the one before the improved 72Hr one). It made my skin dry and cause me to break out. I also bought the moisture surge 72Hr one as well and disappointed. I have always used Clinique products, the last one being the cleansing balm and surprised this product has worsened my skin.

This is a light weight oil-free gel and as you do have concerns with dryness this formula won't be hydrating enough for you and has the left the skin feeling dry. Had great hopes for this based on previous reviews but sad to say unfortunately the worst-product from Clinique that I have ever used and an expensive mistake. Extremely sticky on application and remained so for a long time after application. I persevered for a week but now causing severe dryness and uncomfortable skin tightness. I have used moisture surge in the past and it's been ok nothing wonderful but this "72hour" boost is worse than useless for my skin type which is dry and sensitive at times.

I love this product! I am 61 and have always had good skin. However, since the menopause I have developed mild Roseacea and seem to have lost that healthy glow. Since using this product, often intermingled at different times with Dramatically DIfferent Moisuriser, my skin feels great, 10 years younger. Roasacea is also a lot better. Thank you Clinique!

I received a sample mini of this product, and wow, what a difference this has made to my skin in just 2-3 weeks! I have rosacea and this has reduced the redness (this isn't marketed as a redness solution product, but maybe it should be...) and really helped with the terrible dryness. My skin feels great so I have just purchased the full size Supercharged Concentrate and the Moisture Surge 72 hour Hydrator. Fabulous!

Bought on a friends advice as I suffered from horrendously dry skin. I wasn't disappointed. Sinks right in. Yes feels sticky for less than 1 minute after applying but then "MAGIC" happens, feel of your face is then very soft. NO dry patches & had even helped reduce the wrinkles near my eyes. All in all. The most amazing moisturiser I have ever used.

I don't recommend this product if you have oily combination skin. I have random dry patches of skin so thought I'd give this a go in those areas. After 10-20 minutes of applying, my skin looked so shiny and oily! Usually it'd take a couple of hours for my skin to get to that stage but this made it happen a lot faster. I thought maybe the gel just hadn't had enough time to seep in so left it for an hour, but nothing changed. Had to go wash my face again after.

I am on my third bottle of this gel. I apply it all over my face and neck, both morning and night, as part of my regime. It is slightly tacky immediately after application but this does not last - I leave it to absorb for about a minute before applying a moisturiser. It is a very lightweight, cooling serum that boosts the hydration of my skin and makes it feel more plumped, nourished and protected. Thoroughly recommend.
