I pleasantly surprised by this skirt. I have always worn this kind of column skirt but thought I had lost too much of my figure to wear however it’s a nice fit and has a nice soft give in size 12. Boots to finish off.

Lovely soft fabric, flattering straight cut and a reasonable price - what’s not to like. Good length on me at 5’ 7”. Fabric is like a fine needle cord but very soft and flexible. Easy to wear every day or dress up.

Bought this as a warm skirt that I could wear to work either with ankle boots or long boots. Love the deep brown colour, the easy pull on waist, the split that makes it easy to walk in and the length. It’s really comfortable and washes on delicates and hangs with no need of ironing.

I was looking for a midi-skirt that would suit my 5'3" curvy frame and this was perfect. Looks great with brown boots. Good weight to the cotton skirt, so it drapes really nicely. I wore is all day for work meetings, then on a flight for 2 hours and then travel home, around 14hrs in total and it was super comfy and still looked great at the end of the day.

Smart skirt just far too long!
Lovely comfy skirt looks smart on and in the season’s colour brown just what I was looking for. My only criticism is we need various length options in all sizes. I’m 5ft and lucky I have a machine and can sew, I had to cut a good 7 inches off the ‘regular’ length. M&S can we go back to having shorter regular and long please?
