Brown Skirts at M&S

Women’s brown skirts are officially back in style. We’re talking rich chocolate brown skirts, elegant taupe midis and warm chestnut A-line beauties that are reliably flattering. Whether you’re pairing yours with thick tights and women's ankle boots for a day out or a crisp white shirt or blouse and women’s belt for a more polished look, a brown skirt is the versatile neutral you didn’t know you needed.

Looking to add a little drama? Try a satin maxi A-line skirt that swishes as you walk, or channel your inner wild side with an animal-print, box-pleat skirt, best worn with confidence and a plain knit. There’s also the pure-silk floral skirt, as floaty and romantic as ever. We haven’t forgotten structure, either. Fit and flare skirts give you that waist-cinching silhouette, while our midaxi skirts are long enough to be elegant and short enough to show off a good pair of boots. Leather-look skirts add just the right amount of edge, while leather skirts offer investment-piece chops with real staying power.

Our collection of skirts runs the gamut from classics such as women's black skirts to flowing white skirts in crisp linen-rich blends for when you’re feeling just a little bit Riviera. Add a simple piece from our edit of women’s tops, or opt for one of our button-through shirts and blouses for a trusted outfit formula that works from season to season.
