No, I don't recommend this
Not what I was expecting. The fabric feels like one of those indestructible school skirts. Detailing looks cheap and the pleats aren’t sharp. I can buy this level of quality at a much lower price point, but I want something that will look good and last….so I sent it back!

Really wanted this to look good on me as wanted a kilt,but having a larger middle I find that few skirts are flattering on me and sadly this one was one that didn’t flatter.However it is a lovely black lily,simple and stylish and fairly lightweight so would recommend to try it.Ordered usual size in regular and at 5‘3“ it came to my knee.

Love this skirt. Just enough edge to be really stylish, but still acceptable for a day in the office. It fits true to size and is just on the knee, so looks great with knee high boots. More like this please M&S

Like it, but don't love it
I wanted a smart, everyday skirt that was a bit different and this fits the bill. The price point is good and the quality ok but I can see the belt probably not lasting too long. I sized up to a 12 because I wanted a roomy skirt that was comfortable to sit in all day at work but this was my mistake as the 12 is huge on me.

This skirt is perfect , good fit I decided to go up a size so it would be slightly longer for me plus now able to tuck in a sweater it will be fab with thick tights if we have cold weather .It really is such good quality , very well made , similar skirts are more expensive elsewhere.
