In a jam jar or bowl, combine the oats (75 g), chia seeds (1 tbsp), chocolate milk (200 ml) and raspberries (1 handful). Mix well to combine and then place in the fridge overnight (or for at least 4-6 hours).

When you are ready to serve, top the oats with the orange segments (1) and some dark chocolate (to taste) grated over the top.
