Love these pillows. I have arthritis in my neck and need the firm yet gentle support these pillows provide to avoid repeated episodes of pain and discomfort. I highly recommend them.

This is a comfortable pillow much cooler on your head than the synthetic ones.My only gripe is i bought the medium ones and my head sinks in too much and it feels more like a really soft pillow.I should probably have bought the firm but i was worried that it would have hurt my neck,that was my mistake as i have never purchased a feather pillow before but i would recommend these maybe just try the firm next time .

Horrible pillows , don't waste your money , they go flat as a pancake and out of shape , very uncomfortable, very disappointed as they a quite expensive

My mum has these pillows and has had them for a while and loves them! Really comfy, can plump them up. Haven’t gone lumpy

After years of bad sleep on bad pillows, I decided to upgrade. I extensively tested pillows and found that I much preferred natural down to synthetic. The most comfortable pillow I found was Hungarian goose down and cost £120 *per pillow*! That was out of my price range. But it gave me an upper-limit comfort data-point from which to judge more reasonably priced pillows. From online reviews I heard the M&S medium firmness duck feather and down pillows were good value for money. While not as comfy as the aforementioned £120 pillow, at around £40 for two, the difference is marginal enough that the M&S option represents ridiculous good value for excellent comfort. Since buying these pillows I've had much better sleep, and have no regrets. My lovely pillows bring me genuine happiness. You can fluff them to change their shape and where the filling goes, and there is something pleasingly traditional about that. They are most comfortable when you use two of them per person, but at a pinch you can layer one of these on top of a lesser pillow and it will do the job. One of them on their own doesn't quite do it for me.

I believe these are the same pillows I had purchased around 8 years ago and they use to come in single packs for £20 each! They are still wonderful, a little on the firm side for me to start with but I know over time they flatten down so I’m using them as a bed head board right now behind my other 2 flat ones and they are great support and can sink into them comfortably! I wouldn’t recommend washing then tho as in the past I couldn’t get rid of the smell as drying them is hard - just best to change your pillow cases and bedding every few days days or every week.

So these pillows are supposed to be medium….they definitely aren’t ! They look fabulous snd plumped up on the bed but once your head touches them they flatten out in that exact spot so you have lots of plumpness at one end or two big areas of plumpness either side of your ears but where your head sits it is completely flat so really not comfortable at all . I bought the firm ones and that was like resting your head on concrete so was hoping for a little less hardness with the medium. They should be relabelled soft . Not overly happy with the purchase I have to say ….I’ve given one star to be generous !
