The taste of success

The annual festive taste test reviews are in and M&S has swept the board. We are proud to have won more awards than any other retailer this Christmas, so without further ado, let's introduce some of our extraordinary winning products as selected by the industry experts.

Good Housekeeping's top picks

Good Housekeeping declared M&S is the best place to shop for delicious Christmas food this year. The following products won the panel's hearts (and stomachs) in their taste tests

Classic Christmas Brandy Butter: Nothing makes a bowl of Christmas pudding quite like lashings of sweet, creamy brandy butter and our classic version came top this year, with our sumptuous The Collection brandy butter coming in a close second.

Cranberry and Port Sauce: Give your centrepiece the side it deserves with a spoon of our winning cranberry sauce made with rich port and warming cinnamon.

Prosecco: It's no secret that you love our classic prosecco – if the five-star ratings on our website are anything to go by – but it's also got the seal of approval from Good Housekeeping's testing panel, winning the top spot this in this year's trials.

Vegetarian main course: We scored top spot for veggies this year too with our colourful Butternut Squash & Sweet Potato Rosti, which make a sweet and satisfying option for the non-meat-eaters coming to Christmas this year.
