Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 7. Add the vegetable medley (1 pack) to a large baking dish and toss with 1 tbsp of oil. Pop into the oven to roast for 15 minutes until soft.

After 15 minutes, add the shawarma paste (1 pack), borlotti beans (2 jars) and chopped tomatoes (1 tin) to the tray. Top with the sliced halloumi (1 pack) then return to the oven for a further 15 minutes, until the halloumi is golden and the veg is cooked through.

When the halloumi is almost ready, toast the pittas (4).

Scatter the parsley (15 g) and the topper from the shawarma kit over the traybake, and serve with toasted pittas for dunking.
