Bought to help with neck ache and am now enjoying a good night's sleep for the first time in ages. One review mentioned being lumpy...I would say that refers to ocasionally becoming uneven which is easily rectified by a quick scrunch.

Too firm for a medium pillow
I wanted to buy washable soft pillows, but as they weren’t available, I went for medium which proved to be too firm for our liking so have returned them. Wasn’t that happy about the pillow covering either as I felt it seemed a bit starched.

Comfy pillows. I use one under a very soft down filled pillow to give a bit of height and support and after a week of using it seems good. They are a bit smaller than my last pillows so don't fill the pillow cases so much but that's not a problem. Very light weight.
