The size of the pillows is perfect for my existing pillow protectors and pillowcases so no extra expense needed. I will buy firmer new pillows for myself.

Wafgb 17-03-2023 01:27 Pillow talk I have tried most pillow products without finding the perfect pillow. In need of new pillows I bought these. They are well made and have a reasonable amount of 'give' without swallowing your head. There is decent support, but, like a lot of pillows, one is not enough but two is too much for a side/front sleeper like me. Having said that, I have slept well and woken without the usual stiff neck so they're not all bad.
