ok, but expensive for what they are, I mean they're just pillows and as there was a 15% discount on bedding, but that didn't include pillows (which I'd count as bedding) they're too expensive for what they are.

These pillows really made my sleep more comfortable, as I didn't wake to turn my pillow. They are cooler than the ordinary pillows. They're too new to say whether they keep their shape or how they wash; but so far so good.

I’ve had three lots of these pillows now. The latest order however is not so good. There is no way that these pillows are firm. They are perfectly comfortable but to be honest we’ve only had them a few weeks and they’ve already lost their plumpness. I’m disappointed.I’m a big fan of M&S duvet covers and fitted and flat sheets but I really feel the pillows I’ve purchased this time are inferior.

I paid the extra £15 to buy 'Comfortably Cool' pillows as I get very hot in bed. Whilst the pillows give good support, especially for side sleeping, they are quite basic and are not cool at all - in fact warmer than my previous two pillows!

Bought these to replace my 15 year old washable M&S pillows and my old ones are still much better quality . The new ones are extremely poorly made and the cotton fabric is thin and coarse. Don’t understand how the quality of new pillows can be worse than those that have been used and washed many times. Will be returning them to store and highlighting the problem with the bedding department.

These are a little plumper than the brand I had before, so I'm still getting used to them - but they are indeed nice & cool. I've bought items from the Comfortably Cool range before (sheets & pillowcases) and have been pleased with them as well - so please don't discontinue this range, M&S; we menopausal and post-menopausal women need you!
