Bellatrix Poor quality pillows - not cheap and not cheerful. Bought these to replace my 15 year old washable M&S pillows and my old ones are still much better quality . The new ones are extremely poorly made and the cotton fabric is thin and coarse. Don’t understand how the quality of new pillows can be worse than those that have been used and washed many times. Will be returning them to store and highlighting the problem with the bedding department.

mandssupporter1956 Plumper than expected but nice & cool. These are a little plumper than the brand I had before, so I'm still getting used to them - but they are indeed nice & cool. I've bought items from the Comfortably Cool range before (sheets & pillowcases) and have been pleased with them as well - so please don't discontinue this range, M&S; we menopausal and post-menopausal women need you!

Dido2 Very good night's sleep I have just had my first night with these and what a difference. I bought the medium as don't like too firm a pillow. They kept their shape, give good support and do feel cool and comfortable.

Issipy Just what it says on the bag...... Can it just be coincidence that I've had so many good night's sleep since i bought these? Before ordering i read all the reviewx of all the pillows. They are firm, but not uncomfortably so, and i don't know how the cool bit workd, but it does! Would definitely recommend them.
