The sole seems to be solid and my daughter find them comfortable. However only three weeks at school, the stitches making the unicorn design are breaking down. They might be comfortable but they look awful now.

Not good quality & uncomfortable
Worn for only 4 days and the threading coming away & straps began looking very tatty. Daughter also complained since second day they weren’t comfy. Disappointing vs. The usual M&S standards so returned.

The shoes are beautiful, no complaints with the quality at all. The issue I've got is that I ordered a size 1 and they were huge on my daughter. So I found your sizing guide and followed that to the letter. Your charts suggest my daughter should be in a size 2.5 narrow! I measured the length of the shoe on the inside and it measured 220mm when a size 1 shoe should measure a 200mm??! There is no way she is a2.5 when a 1 is massive in her! Such a shame.

They look great but not made for the playground. One of the straps snapped within the first week of wear. Otherwise they look really pretty. Just not durable!

The unicorn on the front frayed really quickly (4 wears!) and have now made the shoes look scruffy and older than they are. Disappointing as bought M&S shoes last year and they were brilliant. These are not.

Really impressed with the shoes they have got arch support. They seem to be really comfy and hard wearing. There are lots of helpful things to promote independence: including an L and an R which are also different colours so if your child is unable to read, they can differentiate between the shoes.
