I measured my children's feet on paper, compared this to the sizing guide, bought the shoes and they were way to big, at least 2cm too big.

Very bad quality - sequin came off after 2 weeks . My daughter barely wore them. I have bought these shoes for the past 4 years , never a problem but this year, the quality is appalling. Very disappointing. Can’t really wear them now as they look worn eventhough they were only worn since christmas

I bought these shoes for my 3 and 5 year old daughters last week for Christmas day and after one hour of trying them on tonight inside our home the sole of one of the shoes has separated from the rest of the shoe. Extremely poor quality shoes. Currently emailing customer care to request a refund as they are not fit for use. Avoid at all costs.
