Our bacon and lardons are matured and dry-cured or hand-cured, then smoked over oak and apple-wood chips for intense flavour. Italian pancetta adds depth to pasta dishes, while succulent bacon lardons and pork lardons make a hearty meal. Enjoy streaky bacon, unsmoked or smoked bacon, knowing that our rashers only come from British, outdoor-bred and RSPCA-assured animals
