All our pork is 100% British, outdoor-bred and RSPCA Assured. Our 1884 Signature Cure Smoked Back Bacon is expertly hand-cured with salt and demerara sugar. After maturing and air-drying for up to 19 days, it's then smoked over oak and alder chips for a distinctive, balanced flavour.
