Greek salad dressing

• 2 tsp M&S The Everything Greek Seasoning

• 5 tbsp Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil

• Juice from ½ lemon

• 2 tbsp M&S Collection Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

Celebrate the flavours of the Mediterranean with a light and zingy salad dressing. Use a pinch of our handy Everything Greek Seasoning, with aromatic herbs, spices, and a touch of lemon zest, to add an aromatic flavour without fuss. Toss with tangy feta, seasonal tomatoes, crunchy croutons, and colourful veggies for a satisfying Greek-inspired salad.

Creamy tahini dressing

• 2 tbsp Tahini

• 3 tbsp M&S Collection 10% fat Greek Yogurt

• 1 lemon, zest and juice

• 2 tbsp olive oil

This creamy dressing, with nutty tahini and zesty lemon, is a great base for salads and vegetable dishes. Recreate your favourite breakfast with our everything bagel salad, loaded with hot smoked salmon, golden brown croutons, and jammy eggs.

Soy and lime dressing

• 1 lime, zested, juiced

• 1 tsp Reduced-Salt Soy Sauce

• 1 tsp Pure Honey

• 1 thumb-sized piece root ginger, grated

This light and zingy dressing can be made with just a handful of storecupboard ingredients. The sweetness of the honey is offset by the salty kick of soy sauce, with warming ginger and sharp lime juice. Toss with noodles and vegetable ribbons for a satisfying summer salad.

Italian-style dressing

• 3 tbsp Collection Toscano Extra Virgin Olive Oil

• 2 tbsp capers, roughly chopped

• 50g M&S Greek Kalamata Olives, roughly chopped

• 5 tbsp sherry vinegar

Make a fresh and vibrant pasta salad, infused with the flavours of the sun-soaked Italian coast. Roast juicy tomatoes in olive oil and use the drippings from the pan in the dressing for added richness. A scattering of Pecorino Romano cheese brings everything together.

Once your salad is assembled and your dressing is prepped, finish everything off with a scattering of extra crunch.
