Em is a content editor at M&S. She has been writing helpful fashion and lifestyle content for M&S since 2024, covering fashion, home and beauty.

Before beginning her M&S career, Em completed a degree in English Literature at the University of Nottingham in 2018. During this time, she started freelancing, writing for a range of brands spanning from herbal healthcare to interior design.

Upon graduating, Em’s career began creating content for an educational travel brand, before moving to a digital marketing agency. Here, her focus turned to content and digital PR. She worked across a long list of iconic fashion and consumer brands, crafting informative content that achieved coverage in some of the country’s best-known national and lifestyle publications.

Style-wise, Em is known to be partial to a bit of leopard print and many a fun knit. When she’s not writing, Em enjoys yoga, cooking and sauna sessions, as well as festivals, cycling and lots of travel.
