Make switching up your summer bedding a breeze with these easy tips and tricks to help you beat the heat on warm nights
1 Buy the right bedding for the season – it’s the best way to banish sticky summer nights. Choose a summer duvet with a low tog rating: somewhere between a 1 tog duvet and a 4.5 tog duvet should suit the height of summer. Ditch cold showers – a warm bath or shower will actually make you feel cooler when you get out. The worst thing you can do is get stressed about the heat.
