Body Temperature Control 1 Tog Duvet

I checked the reviews before purchasing this duvet. Highly deleted and would recommend. Had much better sleep . Enough weight to feel it.

This has been an excellent buy. It really does what it says and keeps me cool when I need it, but not cold when the temperature drops. Despite the 1 Tog rating it isn't too lightweight and sits well in the duvet cover unlike my normal 4.5 Tog duvet which was far too lightweight. I am really glad I bought it as I used to struggle with my temperature during the night. This has solved my problems and I have bought the 4.5 Tog one for winter.

Great quality, soft and lightweight , it does actually seem to adapt to your body temperature ,which is just what i need.

Lovely size and weight. Easily washable in a standard washing machine and keeps you at a comfortable temperature even in a heatwave.

This duvet does exactly what is was designed to do. First time and subsequently this month (June), it has felt to me like slipping into silk sheets, cool but not cold.

Great duvet for summer night I feel more comfortable because no more sweating. This is a fivet of an excellent technology. This is second BTC duvet and I am pleased with both duvets

Never had a 1 tog duvet before, but thought it might be a lighter option than my usual summer 4.5 tog duvet, especially on hot summer nights. Love this. Very comfortable indeed. Highly recommend.

This duvet is really nice and seems to work I have only just started to use it. It’s nice and light so hoping for a good nights sleep in the summer.

Personally I think this is great! We had an all cotton 4.5 tog duvet for summer, but it was heavy and to be fair very hot for summer - so we ended up doing the sheets only thing - but I don't feel comfortable with 'barely there' sheets, and they can get quite tangled. This duvet we have found to be very light, and nowhere near as sweaty as the 4.5 tog. It is good quality, washes easily (would fit most washing machines as it is thin), and dries quickly. I think it's great for hotter nights. If I am being totally honest, I wouldn't expect it to not be hot if overnight temps hit 40° again, as in reality the only thing that works in that heat is air-con if you have it! For such a thin duvet, it does actually have quite a good working range - at times I did wonder if we might get too cold on cooler summer nights - but have not found this to be the case. So maybe this is what the technology does. So far, in my opinion, it has been a worthy purchase, and I would recommend it. The only down is how expensive it is for the weight/size, but I'll be honest I'm glad I bought it, so probably is worth the price tag in the end.

This duvet is warmer than a 3tog, can’t say we’ve noticed any body temperature control, as sweating at night, going back to our old 1tog, waste of money for us

I've been looking out for a decent 1 Tog Duvet for years. All the others purchased were not 1 Tog. This one is.

Perfect, lightweight but cosy & warm during these cold winter nights. Hoping it will be lightweight & cool during the warmer summer months.
