Warmth 100ml Diffuser

I bought a selection from this range based on a review in a magazine. I was a bit disappointed that the smell wasn't very strong and didn't fill my home with the Warm aroma I was hoping to achieve.

Ordered online via click and collect from my local store. Bought as part of a Christmas present for my eldest daughter, so not opened yet.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews however I feel I must, more so because I want M&S to ask the makers of this product to add more ‘scent’. The smell reminds me of a boutique hotel that we stay in, it’s a beautiful smell but you can only smell it when you sniff the reeds up close. It’s not worth any amount of money in my opinion because it doesn’t work. I genuinely don’t know if it’s a poor batch because there are some positive reviews here. Seems like lots of us are unhappy with our £17 purchase though. M&S please do better. I am returning some unopened bottles sadly. Gutted that I didn’t read the reviews before I purchased but I smelled a sample of it in store while perusing the apothecary products.

THE DIFFUSER HAS SUCH A LOVELY SMELL AND IT LAST ALL DAY IN THE ROOM

I’ve been trying the Apothecary diffuser range for a while, they’re all really nice but this is my favourite. There’s always a subtle, lingering smell with all the range whichever room they’re used in but it’s never overpowering like some other makes. I do feel that they’re a bit on the pricy side but then they do seem to last a fair amount of time. My only disappointment is that I’ve recently noticed refills advertised for these diffusers but they’re only slightly less to buy than a new diffuser. I acknowledge that it’s a profit run world and MandS are no different to any other company but the approach to customers seems to have changed. I’ve only recently realised that whenever I purchase a product from MandS the next time my Sparks offers arrive they're often related to the items I’d purchased on my last visit to the store which I probably wouldn’t be purchasing again for several weeks by which time the offers had expired. Suppose that’s how marketing works these days . Apologies for my moan but would recommend any of the apothecary diffusers.

No smell unless your sitting on top of it, needs more scent M&S such a shame

This diffuser doesn't work at all, I can walk right past it and don't smell anything at all. Also when I opened the diffuser my first thought was it doesn't smell like the perfume in the same range.

Worst I’ve ever purchased no scent from it at all . Purchased for small cloakroom . Very disappointing

I am a regular purchasing of this range. I usually choose the perfume which is well priced & an excellent alternative to room spray in our bathroom. Today I decided to go for the diffuser, but I am regretting it already! This diffuser has absolutely no hint of the Warmth fragrance. Instead it omits a horrible chemical aroma & I am going to return it to store to complain. Very disappointing M&S. £17 wasted! If I could give it no stars I would! 🙁🙁🙁🙁🙁

I use Warmth perfume as an everyday dupe of Santal 33. Hopes this reed diffuser would give that lovely scent to my bedroom. Had to place on my bedside table to be able to smell it whilst in bed whereas other brands have been too powerful for the bedroom. Scent is lovely but power/strength of scent is very poor. Rather disappointing.

Very disappointed! Should have listened to other reviews. Hardly any smell and that’s not good.

This is my 2nd purchase of this diffuser and I just love it. It’s in my dining room and it smells amazing so I bought the candle to go with it and I have the body wash! M&S are really nailing things currently in all areas! 👍🏻

Smells like a far more expensive diffuser . The other diffusers in the range are lovely too.

Lovely lasting fragrance. Stylish bottle and reasonably priced. Recommended.
