Nice and comfy but just won't stay on the mattress: I have to re-fit it most mornings. So disappointing compared to every previous mattress protector I've bought from M&S.

This mattress cover cannot be anchored to the mattress corners. The elastic bands are in the wrong place and far too short. I think that it is a design mistake. The elastic should sit across the width under the mattress to fix it in place. So frustrating as it moves position easily.

Comfortable - no sides though
I opened the bag before I realised that there weren’t any sides - only elastic straps so I was disappointed as I wasn’t able to return it. Apart from that it fits the top of the bed well and is comfortable.

I ordered this item, as usual I thought it would be of the usual M&S quality, how wrong could I be. This mattress protector honestly isn’t fit for purpose. The material is thin and scratchy, it hardly fits the king size bed I ordered it for and as you move in the bed it just wrinkles up behind you under the fitted sheet. I’m sorry M&S I just had to take it off and now it is redundant in a cupboard. 🥲
