Velvet Floral Table Lamp

I wanted to buy this lamp a while ago. It was out of stock, and I signed up for email notification when it was available. I didn't get a notification, but luckily saw it by chance when I was looking at different lamps. I'm delighted with the well-made beautifully coloured velvet shade, but found the overall effect with the black resin(? don't think it's wood) lamp too stark. This was fine, as I swapped the lamp part for a gilt one. This softened the effect in my opinion, and made it look more genuinely vintage. Yes of course a mainly black shade won't give huge amounts of light, but I love the subtle shadow/light it gives out in a corner of my living room. Overall very pleased now I've customised it! (The black lamp base also looks good with a fringed cream and floral shade I had spare.) The lamp base was also a little too tall for this shade, in my opinion.

I love this lamp , it’s very subtle and gives off a gently light . It’s perfect for my colour scheme , orange and teal . It looks fab in the evening

I fell in love with these lamps on the website, but they are even more stunning in person. Beautiful, great quality, they give off the most beautiful diffused light. I wish there was more in this collection!

As others have said, the lampshade is smaller than you expect but that suits me. Also being black, it doesn't give out a huge amount of light but again that's what I wanted. So in my opinion it's lovely!

Beautiful lamp , firstly I brought it for its looks and style secondly I brought it because it said it had a dimmer facility…it hasn’t so a little disappointed ☹️ good job it is beautiful in every other way .
