Snapped after two weeks. Disappointed
No, I don't recommend this
The plastic screw that holds the shade snapped after just two weeks. Completely out of the blue: the lamp has not been handled roughly at all. For the price, it is expensive for what you get. It feels cheaply made, and the light is a very cold white, not warm or cosy in the slightest. I would not recommend it. Buying it was a real mistake. I'll try to glue the base back together, but I shouldn't have to for a lamp at this price point.

I’ve not owned a rechargeable lamp before and was a little concerned it wouldn’t look good or that it would have a harsh light. However, this little lamp looks lovely and gives out a lovely warm glow in a place where it wouldn’t be possible to plug in a lamp. Very happy with it.

The lamp is great. It is pretty and the different light settings give the perfect atmosphere. Only issue is the light needs to be charged sooner than i like but saying that we have left it on all night and it was still working in the morning but needed to be recharged

Bought this for the middle of the dining table and it's perfect. Lasts at last 8 hours, gives a nice glow though is not golden more white, but not harsh. Looks more expensive than it was.

Not what I had hoped for

I think the lamp looks very nice and the speed of delivery and packaging was good. The cost is OK. However, the product itself is not what I'd hoped for. I purchased it for a gloomy corner of the hallway. There are 3 settings and the first setting barely lights up the bulb and is a bit pointless, the medium setting is dismal and the highest setting is just about good enough. Unfortunately, if you set it to the brightest setting it does not last very long and so you find yourself charging it everyday. If you wanted it for occasional use I think the lamp would be OK for an evening, but it's not really worked out for what I wanted.

This is a great little lamp, I wanted it for a dark corner, just to give a warm glow and ability to see in the evenings. It does only last on the highest setting for one evening, but I just recharge it. It’s a very nice design and the quality of the lamp and shade are both very good. It’s exactly what I wanted and expected.

Am really pleased with this little lamp, which I have on a hall table where there are no sockets. It takes less than the stated 5 hours to re-charge and, on the lowest setting, the charge lasts for a week. Would definitely recommend!
