Beautiful cake
Beautifully made plain cake, just what we wanted for our 6 year olds party, we made our own decorations for a Lego cake. The only thing is I would have liked some jam between the layers to make it more a Victoria sponge. It was a little too sweet even for my 6 year old. Without the jam to balance out the butter cream. But very delicious.

The cake was a good light texture and had a great flavour. We do not like layers of over thick icing so this cake was just right. I added an icing photo topper and the cake was amazing.
