Tassel Midi Pencil Skirt

I’m size 12 and the waist of the skirt measures 32 inches which means it drops down below my waist and comes to just below my knees. But this is ok, it’s just a bit longer than I would have preferred. You need to be careful pulling the zip up as it catches in the tassels.

A lovely looking skirt but I would have preferred it to be an inch or two longer. Although the tassels make this a stand-out item I think they would start to get caught in the zip or catch on handbags, buttons, seats/stools etc. Sadly I decided to return it.

Love the texture interest. Colour is dusky violet, true to image. Sold in regular length which falls at knee level for me. I’m 5’2, the cut and length have just the right amount of elegance. I like the practicality it can be machine ( gentle) wash but I will hand wash it. Ther4, happy with my purchase 🙂

I bought the skirt as I had bought a dress from M&S towards the end of last year and it has been such fun to wear that when I saw this skirt I thought why not give it a try. I’ve not been disappointed it goes well with short sleeved jumper or long sleeve and indeed blouse.

Skirt is pretty smoke colour, delicate tassels everywhere, very feminine and swishes. However getting zip undone and done-up proved difficult without catching the tassels as there is no hook to and eye to keep the two sides together whist moving tassels out of teeth of the zip.. After sitting for a few minutes the tassels around my backside were bent and creased, rather spoiled the swish! Ordered size 12 waist band okay hips bit wide, regular length (knee) on my 5' 4" height. Reluctantly returned for refund.

Gorgeous material,style and fabulous colour. Will wear on holiday in the evening and during winter.
