i suffer badly with headaches, and i gently rub a small bit into my temples and at the back of my neck up into my hair and massage it into my scalp, and i really helps, i have told my friend about this and i now order it for her as well. It really works.

I bought this to try and help with tension headaches/migraines - it smells gorgeous and is instantly uplifting. I just dab a tiny bit on my earlobes, back of my neck, forehead and around my throat to get an instant tingle plus a gorgeous waft of minty scents that instantly clear your head. This would be good to use if you have a cold or blocked nose as it does clear your head. My only negative comment would be that the effect is very short lasting and I would end up going through a bottle very quickly just to 'maintain' the nice feeling/effects from it, and for that it is quite expensive.

I love this product. A few inhalations really do clear my head but I was hoping the effect would last an hour or two but it doesn't at all.

Read about this product on a blog and decided to use it as an alternative to rescue remedy, I am really pleased with it and a little goes along way. I have used it at work and also at night. I am a really bad sleeper but this has helped relax me and clear my head of the days problems. Fragrance is lovely and not to overpowering.

I find it difficult to relax in the evening and get stressed easy, that's why I purchased Peace of Mind® On the spot relief. The best thing about it for me is the scent, it's not overly lavender as i find in most relaxing products but has something minty about it which is fantastic. I would purchase a candle in the same scent if it was available.

I take pills daily to ease my suffering but found the meds gave me horrible headaches. A dab of this on my temples and back of my neck when I feel one coming on will stop it right in its tracks. Always carry this with me.

Absolutely adore this product, and buy it all the time. A friend first bought it for me when I was having trouble sleeping, and have bought it ever since. I have also purchased this for a friend, and she also buys it all the time now! It feels so lovely when you apply to temples and behind the ears, cool and tingly with the menthol in it. Totally recommend, although you will get addicted!!! :)

This product is as fabulous as everyone says it is but I didnt realise it was minty. I was expecting a more 'relaxing' smell such as lavendar. Will purchase again in the future for sure.

Excellent! My sister has terrible migraines and she finds that this little bottle really helps to ease the throbbing pain in her temples. She carries a bottle with her everywhere just in case a migraine creeps up on her.

I really can't recommend this enough. My mum and my friends have all bought this on my recommendation. I'm quite an anxious person and often find myself worrying about things that shouldn't matter. I use this when my mind is full of stupid thoughts and I'm having trouble getting to sleep. It really relaxes me straight away and just takes the weight of the world off my shoulders. I love it! One thing, don't put it too near your eyes it will make them water!

I have been using Peace of Mind for many years, since an Origins consultant recommended it for travel sickness, just before I had to make a long train journey. It worked perfectly, I applied some before I got on the train and then a little more every hour or so. Now I use it whenever I feel a headache coming on - it also works with mild migraine symptoms. I wouldn´t be without it and I often recommend it to friends who want a solution to headaches without taking medicine.
