Georgie2014 05-10-2022 10:00 Poor quality memory foam Although the pillow itself gave me much relief from pain, the shock I had was when I removed the outer covering to wash. What was visible showing through the non-removeable cover were black shapes, some of which when touched appeared to be raised. This really concerned me as I thought they could be insects. Customer services advised me to take back to my local store when after removing the cover, what appeared to me to be black shapes, were in fact air bubbles of different shapes. These were only on one side and the top. I have photos to prove, but can't download these for the review.
