Pillows were squashed out of shape by the packing they were sent in. This was not helpful. One pillow relaxed ok. The other pillow remained lumpy and uneven. I could not sleep on this pillow and have put it away and gone back to my old pillow. Not the result I hoped for. Quality of filling disappointing. Finishing fabric very nice. I would not buy again or recommend as the quality of the filling is not consistent.
