The pillow protectors are fine but rather thick - I guess the thickness acts as a protective layer. The pillow protectors are roomy enough to get the pillows into without too much trouble.

Read the reviews, and felt these sounded ideal, I always have Oxford pilllowcases and a little concerned by one review that they may not fit inside the pillowcases. The pillow protectors are fab, thick and very comfortable, and yes they fitted the pillow cases.

These pillow protectors are the best ever! They are so thick and silky soft and very well made. Fabulous quality! 👌 They fit the pillows like a glove and because they are so substantial they enhance the pillow by giving extra softness and oomph! I am so pleased with these I cant tell you! Very handy , we use them on feather and down and those pillows do tend to have a certain scent . They’re not zipped but have a good sized envelope flap fitting . Wash well , good quality , value for money.

These formed part of a complete overhaul of our bedding. They are quite substantial and will do an excellent job of protecting our new pillows. Pillows with just a pillowcase & without the protectors look decidedly inferior to those with both pillowcase & protector. So as well as providing a useful function they also add to the overall look of the bedding. They wash well and dry quickly. I'm very pleased with my purchase.
