This was bought as a gift which I gave to my mum, unfortunately when opened it had a a white mark which was clearly visible, how it got put on the shelf/packed and sent out to a customer is beyond me. My mum wanted to keep it as she loved it so much and it is lovely. I have wrote to Customer Service, still no reply 8 days letter, disappointing.
