Store information

As part of our proactive management of a cyber incident, we have made the decision to pause taking orders via our M&S.com websites, apps and over the phone. Our product range remains available to browse online. We are truly sorry for this inconvenience. Our stores are open to welcome customers.

We informed customers on Tuesday that there was no need for them to take any action. That remains the case, and if the situation changes we will let them know.

Our experienced team – supported by leading cyber experts – is working extremely hard to restart online and app shopping.

We are incredibly grateful to our customers, colleagues and partners for their understanding and support.

Will M&S take back my old electrical and electronic items in store for recycling?

Yes, as part of our commitment to reducing the amount of unwanted electrical waste being incinerated or send to landfill sites, and to support the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) regulations, our stores will accept electrical or electronic items for recycling free of charge on the one-for-one basis when the new item is bought from us. The item for recycling must be of a similar type or have performed the same function as the new electrical item purchased online or in one of our stores in the UK (excluding railway, airport and service station stores).

Simply bring the old electrical item in within 28 days, show us the receipt for its replacement and we will do the rest.

Disclaimer: We reserve the right to refuse an item for health and hygiene reasons.
