Where we source our butter

Brue Valley Farms, in the scenic heart of Somerset, has been making butter for M&S for 40 years. Lovingly run by the Clapp family, going back five generations, the farm has maintained traditional practices for producing top-quality butter. They use the best cream produced by local cows grazing on lush West Country grass and churn it in old-fashioned barrels for supreme texture and flavour.
