Our expert product developers, chefs and producers are constantly on the lookout for innovative new flavours, the pick of seasonal produce, and irresistible treats to bring to the Foodhall, with hundreds of new arrivals on the shelves every month. The only problem? Deciding which to try first! Cue our edit of everything new, in season and trending right now in the Foodhall.
Think of this as your handy Foodhall checklist, full of must-try treats, time-saving ingredients and little pick-me-ups to make this month your most delicious yet.
1. The viral Easter eggs
Foodies, take note. Our luxury-filled shell Easter Eggs have just landed, and they're already causing a social media frenzy. Crafted by expert chocolatiers using 40% Belgian milk chocolate and Fairtrade cocoa, they come in two irresistible flavours: pistachio and caramel.
The pistachio edition features silky milk chocolate with a generous layer of pistachio crème, studded with roasted pistachio pieces for an extra hit of flavour and crunch. Prefer sweet and salty? The caramel egg is your dream come true: smooth milk chocolate encasing a luscious sea-salted caramel, finished with a delicate sprinkle of fleur de sel.
2. The Easter twist on panettone
Love a panettone at Christmas? You need to add this Italian Easter version to your long weekend celebrations. Our Colomba di Pasqua is infused with honey and zesty orange peel, then crowned with a crisp Nocciolato glaze of hazelnuts, roasted almonds, and delicate sugar strands. Enjoy it straight from the box with a coffee, spread with butter or jam for a decadent start to the day, or turn it into a celebratory dessert with a dollop of cream and a glass of Italian sparkling wine.
3. The must-try dippy egg dessert
Just landed in store – and already taking social media by storm – our Dippy Egg Cookie Cup is one you won’t want to miss. This irresistible twist on our iconic cookie cups features a chewy chocolate chip base, filled with whipped white chocolate cheesecake and a tangy passion fruit sauce “yolk.” The finishing touch? An all-butter shortbread dunker, perfect for scooping, dipping, and devouring.
4. The great-value Mother's Day Dine In

They're loaded with extra-mature Barber’s Farmhouse cheddar and studded with smooth red Leicester. We’ve taken the cheese factor up a notch with this croque monsieur-inspired recipe, with roasted ham and nutty Gruyère. Try one and thank us later.
6. The Dunked N' Loaded doughuts
First, there were Chunked N’ Loaded cookies – now meet Dunked N’ Loaded: doughnuts like you’ve never eaten before. Think pillow-soft dough, made using our signature butter- and egg-enriched recipe, generously filled with the very best ingredients and finished with sweet glazes and eye-catching toppings.
For choccie fans, there’s a doughnut packed with the ooziest chocolate ganache filling, made from 55% dark chocolate and enriched with butter and cream, and topped with dark chocolate curls. Or try the Strawberry and Matcha Dunked n’ Loaded, filled with sweet strawberry jam and topped with matcha icing and freeze-dried strawberries. Find them in store from 4 March.
7. The Hot Honey Hawaiian Pizza
The great pizza debate just got a whole lot spicier with our Hot Honey Hawaiian Pizza. Sink your teeth into a wood-fired, stone-baked base made with 30-hour slow-fermented dough, topped with signature tomato sauce, creamy mozzarella, Italian cotto ham, caramelised chilli pineapple, and fiery jalapeños. The finishing touch? A drizzle of hot honey for an irresistible sweet-and-spicy kick.
8. The best of British Daffodils
Nothing signals the arrival of spring quite like daffodils. All the daffodils in the Foodhall are now 100% British, and we work closely with our suppliers to protect soils, boost biodiversity, and support wildlife habitats. Not only are they a gorgeous way to brighten your home, but at just £1 per bunch – and guaranteed to stay fresh for five days – they’re the ultimate seasonal pick-me-up.
9. Roast-in-the-Bag Scottish Salmon Fillet
For a spring fish supper without the fuss, try our new Roast-in-the-Bag Scottish Salmon Fillet. Simply pop it in the oven and let the magic happen. Each Caledonian Gold salmon fillet comes ready to roast with a fragrant mixed herb topping and melting lemon and pepper butter, sealing in flavour as it cooks. The result?
