How do I use my M&S e-gift card online?

It’s easy to use your M&S gift card online. Once you’ve picked something out and gone to the checkout, you’ll see an option to pay with your gift card. Here, you need to enter the gift card number and then the PIN, both of which can be found in your email. If you get stuck, our customer service team are on hand to talk you through the process.

What are e-gift cards?

E-gift cards are electronic versions of gift cards that are sent via email. You can easily buy one online – simply select the design you want, add your message and enter the amount you want to add (up to £500). The e-gift card will be sent within an hour of placing the order or on a day of your choosing. Once received, the lucky recipient can then use the voucher to pick their own present online or in-store.
