Easy to send, not easy to use in store
It was nice to be able to send an emailed gift card to my dad who lives in Scotland (& I’m in the US), however he told me that it took him 7-8 tries to get it to work in store (the e-gift card states it should work in store as well). I’m not super happy about that, so perhaps M&S needs to look into making things more streamlined for e-gift card users who want to use in store.
