So easy to add to other apps for ease of use, and easy to have items refunded onto the card. Slightly tricky to access on the M&S app when on the move, especially when the internet connection is weak. But only a minor point.

I ordered the e gift card online as it was easy and very convenient. The email with information and instructions was delivered within 30minutes. The only negative is not being able to add it to Apple Wallet alongside the Sparks card which would make using it so much easier than having to go through the M&Sapp or the email each time it’s used.

Excellent idea for someone who likes M&S and who has access to one but possibly (like my friends) lives somewhere like the Isle of Man and can’t receive actual gifts from them by post because Marks don’t deliver online. Wish they did though!!
