I bought this from M and S arrived dirty , M and S replaced after 8 weeks new headboard arrived filthy and scuffed on corners! I will never use M and S again for furniture, I think they need to review their delivery company and how they are handling and storing goods . I want a full refund

We have recently taken delivery of the superking version in oatmeal for our zip and link bed. The quality of manufacture is perfect, there's not so much as a stray thread anywhere. It is absolutely stunning, we had to wait a while for it but it was definitely worth the wait. We have spent lockdown sanding and painting our rather dark pine chest of drawers and bedside chests, it has taken weeks but the result is fabulous and this headboard is absolutely the perfect finishing touch. It adds a sumptuous and luxurious feel to the overall look. I used to grimace every time I walked into the room. Everything, including the old headboard, was dark brown, now I've got a smile on my face, it's light, bright and springlike. It all looks so different that I almost feel we've moved house. I would add that the headboard is incredibly heavy, especially for a couple of shielding over 65's, but we did manage to install it with a lot of huffing and puffing. I'm just glad we live in a bungalow. If you have a 6ft zip and link bed don't be tempted to buy two single headboards as some people do, this design is such that the headboard extends past the bed frame and the two 3ft beds won't bolt together. All in all a great purchase that has made such a positive difference to the decor, definitely recommended.
