How to Dress a Bed Like a Hotel

Firstly, don’t overlook the basics. Picking the right duvets and pillows are key. We love down and feather filling for its plush, cushiony feel. Plus, it’s breathable, yet insulating in those cold, wintery months (or for those that love to ramp up the air con in the summer).

Once you have those sorted, explore our bed sheets and pillowcases. For the warmer months, opt for lightweight linen or cotton that will keep you cool. In the colder seasons, look for warming flannel that you’ll want to cocoon in at night.

Spruce up your bed with cushions and pillows. If you're stuck on which ones to pick, we recommend choosing a couple of larger pillows plus some smaller ones for contrast. Start by placing your pillows one above the other, then place the larger cushions in front and neatly beside each other. Finally, add the smaller cushions or a bolster cushion at the very front. Top tip: make sure to puff them up each time you make the bed. Opt for duck and feather filled-styles for extra plumpness.
