My favourite apothecary scent in this range, “calm”. I love all the “calm” products and but many. It’s disappointing however that the ‘calm hand soap refill’ is no longer available (or hasn’t been for several months), as this means you have to buy replacement plastic bottles or this bigger glass bottle. M&S bring it back!

I love the smell of the ‘Calm’ hand wash. I usually have a small pump but as I’m having problems getting the refills I’ve gone for the large pump. I just hope my kids don’t knock the glass bottle into the sink and smash it

I love the product which I have bought several times, but when this particular order arrived, one of the plungers on one the bottles had broken off completely. Fortunately I had bought two bottles which is why I haven't returned the one with the broken plunger - I can simply replace one for the other when the first bottle is finished, but the packing wasn't great or protective enough.
