I use this pillow mist every night and find it relaxes me as I drift off to sleep. It's also incredibly good value compared to other expensive brands on the market. Only use two or three sprays max. otherwise the pillow can feel damp. Otherwise it's highly recommended.

Oh my goodness!!! I received this as part of a Christmas present and just thought it would give the pillows a pleasant scent. But seriously, I have NEVER slept so deeply and soundly since i started using this incredible spray. It used to take me a while to actually get to sleep - I'd be lying awake for a while thinking about this and that. But now, I'm asleep within seconds and I genuinely dont wake until the alarm goes. It's not just me - I've given some to a couple of friends and we all agree - don't stop selling this one please M&S. It's magical!

Really impressed with this. I have real trouble getting to sleep at night so I thought I'd give the Sleep Pillow Mist a try, not expecting any miracles. But it worked! You spray it on your pillow five minutes before turning in and it does its magic. Also, it's worth adding that I have very sensitive skin and am prone to eczema flare-ups. However, I've been using this for just over a month now and I've had no problems at all.

Total waste of money

Zero stars from me. I may as well have purchased a bottle of water! as this has almost no scent. However, I have now found 2 brands with a lovely scent which when on offer are at the same price point as this. 2 sprays either end of the pillow and a drop of lavender oil and they encourage me to breathe deeply through my diaphragm which sends me off to sleep. This M&S one though was extremely disappointing and I am sorry I bought it. Wish I could get my money back. Will definitely not buy again.
