Headline: Great product and easy collection I bought this for my mum and she really liked it. The product itself is very nice and it was well packaged when we collected it. Ordering online was straightforward and the collection process was quick and convenient. As someone who is visually impaired, it would have been helpful if a member of staff had been available at the beginning to point out where the scanner was for collection. Fortunately, another customer nearby kindly helped me find it. Aside from that, it was a very positive experience and I would happily order again.
