The standard M&S refund policy applies to all brands except Jaeger. The only difference is that no refunds will be given for the external brand items without proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email or digital parcel summary).

Our customers are important to us. So, while M&S is under no obligation to accept any Jaeger return or unspent gift vouchers, we’ve decided to offer the following. This is a goodwill gesture, and when Jaeger launches on marksandspencer.com, standard M&S return and refund policies will apply.
We’re happy to accept returns for Jaeger items in our stores. All items must be returned to an M&S store that sells clothing (excluding Simply Food, Outlet, BP, Moto, hospital, airport and train station stores). Items bought from Jaeger online must also be returned to an M&S store and cannot be returned by post. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase from one of the following:
All refunds will be given in the form of an M&S Credit Receipt. The standard M&S Refund Policy applies e.g. 35 days from the date of purchase unless we have implemented an extension/shorter time frame such as Christmas or a Sale item.
What is the international refund policy?
Items ordered internationally can be returned to any UK M&S store in line with the standard refund policy. International orders can be returned to a local store (e.g.: Ireland).
Don’t worry. While we won’t be able to accept Jaeger gift cards and credit notes in our stores, we can replace them with an M&S e-gift card. On the back of your Jaeger gift card/credit note you’ll find a 10-digit number. Please send us this number along with your name and address to JaegerQueries@customersupport.marksandspencer.com .We’ll then send you a replacement M&S E gift card to the same value within 3-5 days of your request. Please check your junk or spam folder as sometimes our emails may arrive there.
