How to Use: Apply Body Building Shampoo to wet hair and lather well with a gentle kneading of the scalp for 60 seconds.

Rinse and repeat if necessary.

After shampooing, gently work Body Building Conditioner into the mid-lengths and ends of the hair, avoiding the roots.

Rinse well.

For best results, follow with Maximizer Root Boosting Spray and Maximizer Strand Plumping Cream

Excellent product. This shampoo leaves hair in great condition and definitely reduces any fly always. Been using this for a few years now. I have long fairly thick hair and used as directed you will find the shiny, bouncy, well condition result hard to beat.

I have used this shampoo before but they seem to have changed it to a gel rather than a liquid. I preferred the liquid the gel seems to make my hair feel a bit course. You only need a very small amount so it does last a long time and does the job.
