I love these and now have several pairs. They’re super comfy but only light control so if you’re looking for a tighter pull in then these are not for you. These create a smooth silhouette and I like them under trousers and dresses for work. I buy a 14 even though I’m a 12 as I prefer to feel comfy and I’m not looking for control as much as the smoothing effect under clothes.

I love these briefs. They fit well but not too firm hold. Definitely no vpl and fabric is soft but stretchy. I have so many... they're my go to when buying briefs. No other briefs will do. Great quality. Would definitely recommend

Disappointing
Used to love these briefs. Having read reviews, I chose an 18 as opposed to my usual 16. The waistband is very uncomfortable & rolls down. The legs are far too baggy, having gone up a size. Won't be buying again. Why did you have to change a very comfortable style.

Ok as light control briefs , creates a smooth look- apart from the weirdly skinny , slightly tight waistband, which spoils the whole smooth look under a dress ( which is what I bought them for) So ,overall the briefs create a whole new problem at the waist to smooth out! Very disappointing.

The Previous iteration of these pants was super comfy and didn’t have an awful elasticated waistband. These ones do, as others have mentioned - not ideal. Design of the bottom section remains the same and is good, but the new waistband is tight. I sized up for that reason.

I am now stopping buying these knickers. I have purchased and worn for years but the quality, fit and design has gone downhill over the last number of years. They have been sized down. The gusset is too narrow and the elastic at the waist digs in and is definite Not VPL. It appears M&S are sacrificing quality for profit! I am adding 2 photos. The beige are current and the white are the original type I have purchased for years. The beige I’ve had for 2 weeks and worn a couple of times. The waist elastic is already curling down. The white I’ve had for a number of years ( I don’t wear white knickers often) and worn at least 10 times. Still perfectly comfortable.
