No, I don't recommend this
They offer light support i'd say and smooth and hold in the tum. Don't but them too small or you'll have a roll if they are tight on your waist. They are very comfortable

It's very hard to find cotton rich support knickers at a reasonable cost - so I have been buying these recently. Despite buying a bigger size they can be uncomfortable due to the elastic and the side seams digging in. Am hoping they'll soften once washed a few times. Good value and well made though

Bought these control pants to give me a bit support in the tummy area. They are quite firm around the tummy but don’t think they hold your tummy in.

I ordered 2 sizes, 10 and 12. They're both good, nice fabric, definitely hold your tummy in. The only thing for me is the back, my bottom kept munching them as they're not very generous. Not a good look having bum muffin - is that a thing, well it is now !! If you've got a little bottom they'd be ok but if not, you may spend alot of time hiding to 'correct' them like i had to !

Have had similar before and they were good under dresses and skirts for extra shape and support. These do not seem to have any strength in them and are no better than a regular pair of pants. Used to love M & S products but everthing seems to be such poor quality now.

I have only given these knickers one star but there is nothing wrong with them, I didn’t realise they were firm or that they were shaping knickers, so the fault is mine. If one is looking for this type of underwear they will be fine.

I don’t find these knickers to be very comfortable. As they are shape wear they are quite rigid and restrictive. They do slim my menopause tummy somewhat so provide a sleeker fit under clothes, but when I bent over they rolled under my tummy.
