Bought this to ‘hold it all in’ under dress for my birthday lunch. I was a bit dubious and thought it would just push out the squishy bits over the top, but I was wrong. These are very comfortable, give a lovely silhouette and no squishy bits at all. I would definitely recommend them.

I'm a 14, I buy 14 clothes in store no problem. I bought the above item, I managed to get the clincher to my waist with a struggle but I couldn't pull it up my back, just too tight.

I'm a size 10 usually in M&S trousers, but tend to hold a lot of my weight around my stomach and it's a real insecurity for me. This was my first time buying shapewear and it worked well for me, definitely helped slim and smooth my stomach for an improved silhouette. I bought my usual size; not the most comfortable thing to wear for a long time, but I didn't really expect it to be!

Great at firming tummy and hips. Material is thick with good support and control. Doesn’t slip down at the waistband. Comes up nice and high to just under boobs (I’m 5’9). It also doesn’t dig into thighs as it’s seamless around the legs so doesn’t show through clothing. Only slight thing is that back fat can roll over it slightly if not pulled up high enough but that’s the same with all control shorts of this style.

Does nothing for the waist or stomach. Slightly too high on the thighs too, so no good to prevent chaffing in the hotter weather. I bought some support shorts from M&S approx 7 years ago which were much better in offering support, longer in the leg and thicker material. Will be returning these as don’t feel value for money.

Holds you in and does the job once you have got it on! To avoid the muffin top look suggest going up a size as the 'to size' fit just pushes everything up and over the top. Not a good look if wearing something tight fitting
