Purchased to wear under a dress for wedding. I didn’t want something too tight so this feels just about right. I’d say it gives medium support. Purchased in nude colour which is a nice shade on me. Haven’t worn yet but have tried on for a little while and seems to stay up and rests pretty much just below my bra wire. Overall I’m happy with it and it’s a really good price . Previously tried more expensive shape-wear brands and have to say I really do prefer M&S

It fits well but make sure you get size down from your real one ( I am size 12 and got size 8 !) very good quality ! I bought it last minute when I realised that the dress I got didn’t fit anymore the way it did lol and with waist magic - it saved me !

This is Firm wear but there is no stretch in the garment for putting on. I am generally a size 18 top and I managed to get in a size 22 but could barely breathe, order at least 3 sizes up.

Sizes down by 3 sizes
I am a size 14 & ordered size 8. I was able to get in and wear size 8, really held in my belly. The bigger sizes didn't give my flatter belly appearance. No issues breathing.

Loose on Thighs
Not suitable for me. Needed it to flatten my tummy but the thigh part of it was very big on my legs like a pair of shorts. Most probably my body shape.
